1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Buzz In Morocco's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the start of your tour or stay.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings before traveling.

5. Liability

Buzz In Morocco acts as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers. While we take all reasonable care in selecting our partners, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from services provided by third parties.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or local regulations. We will always strive to provide suitable alternatives.
